Tea time

In case you didn’t know, all herbs have a spiritual essence to them.

For centuries, tea has been used as a way of cleansing the body internally or calling things in. From how you make your tea, to how you stir in your ingredients, take a moment to pause and say a little prayer as a ritual before taking a sip.

Hell, it doesn’t event have to be a tea! Use any of the following practices for whenever you enjoy a drink or consume anything.

Creating A Tea Ritual:

1.Select your blend with intention: Choose a blend that matches your emotional or spiritual goal (e.g., calmness, energy, intuition).

2. Practice mindful preparation: As the tea steeps (usually 3–10 minutes), focus on your intention, meditate, or recite affirmations that align with your intention.

  • Stir your tea clockwise if you are calling something in

  • Stir your tea counter clockwise if you are aiming to release or clear.

3. Sip Your Tea Blend with Presence: Being present is key to embodying your spirituality.

  • Actively appreciate the aroma and taste, allowing the herbs to help you ground your mind.

  • Notice any shifts or thoughts that arise in your mind.

  • Continue to be present with your body and what comes up. Be gentle.

Ritual teas are often considered "curio items" and intended for enhancing rituals and enjoyment rather than treating medical conditions. Always consult a doctor if you have health concerns.
