  • WE PRIORITIZE women owned, BIPOC & QUEER VENDORS, BUT ALSO ACCEPT ALLIES

  • WE SELECT VENDORS ON A FIRST COME AND CURATED BASIS

  • WE DO NOT SEND REJECTION LETERS

  • we do not allow ai generated art, logos, flyers, etc.

  • ACCEPTANCE EMAILS WILL COME FROM LINAAGUILAR@ROOTZANDRITUAL.COM (BE SURE TO ADD THISTO YOUR CONTACTS OR OUR EMAIL MAY GO TO YOUR SPAM FOLDER

  • POLICIES ARE STATED BELOW. iF YOU ARE APPLYING TO BE A VENDOR, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND UNDERSTANDING THE POLICIES. please take a moment to read before you apply

  1. if i am selected, I must pay the vendor fee that i selected within 48 hours to lock in my spot, or it will be given to someone else.

  2. I must bring my own 6×3 table, chairs, racks, tent, etc (unless otherwise stated) and follow instructions regarding booth set up and floor plan provided to me by the coordinators.

  3. I aggree and understand that i am signing up for the entire duration of the time slot, I will not leave early or arrive late. late arrivals means I forfiet my booth & will impact my acceptance at furture fairs.

  4. I understand and appreciate that these fairs prioritize Women owned, bipoc & lqbtq+ vendors.

  5. I understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

  6. i understand that if i am selected to be a vendor, I will be reached out to via email & that I will not be notified if i am not selected.

  7. i understand that soulful, urban music will be played at Rootz & ritual events

  8. I will not bring any ai-generated products, flyers, logos ect. & if i do I may be asked to leave without a refund.

  9. I understand that i will be asked and requested promote and advertise for this vendor fair for optimal attendance and that flyers will be provided.
