Class of 2024

Our training is a blend of self-paced learning and embodied practices. You will be supported by four facilitators who are skilled, trauma-informed, and deeply devoted to this work.

This experience goes beyond simply “doing” energy work—it’s about learning to manage your energy with intention and integrity, and developing the ability to skillfully weave the energy that moves within you and beyond you.
